After coaching tennis for over a decade, I felt there was something missing in the training program I was teaching on court. In my search for more understanding I needed to be able to offer more to my athletes than what they were learning on the court in order to enhance their performance.

I completed my 200 RYT certification in Agonda, India and my approach in offering yoga is to incorporate the various modalities to high performance athletes as well as beginner and first time students. I love teaching specific poses that will help with a persons flexibility, balance, breathing, along with overall physical and mental wellbeing.
